Working Experientially in EFT with Nancy Aikin PhD

Description

Experiential training with Nancy T. Aikin, Ph.D., Certified EFT Trainer, Supervisor, and Couple & Family Therapist, and Co-Director of the Greater Sacramento–Davis EFT Center. We are planning a morning of deep, experiential learning in Emotionally Focused Therapy. This training is designed to help you move beyond the map into the felt sense of EFT in the room.

Together we will:

~Be with clients in a deeper, more embodied way.

~Explore how to cultivate vulnerability and attachment with both self and partner clients.

~Spend the morning attuning to the EFT “tango” —not just knowing its steps, but feeling its music.

This session will help you deepen your therapeutic presence and confidence, offering tools to truly join your clients in the emotional dance of connection and change.
